5. Client Engagements Governed Separately

Any consulting, software development, staffing, or other professional services we provide are governed by a separate, signed Services Agreement between HireVista and the client, which will set out the applicable scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality terms, and liability provisions for that engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
